Seamless Steel Pipe
Pipe without a weld seam, for high pressure, high temperature and critical service.
ProductAPI 5LISO 3183ASTM A53ASTM A106

Overview
Seamless pipe is made by piercing a solid steel billet and rolling it to size, so there is no longitudinal weld. Its uniform structure suits high-pressure, high-temperature and sour-service conditions, and small to medium diameters with heavy walls — common in refineries, process plants, boilers and production facilities.
Key characteristics
- No weld seam — uniform structure around the circumference
- Heavy walls in small and medium diameters
- Suited to high-pressure and high-temperature service
- Carbon and alloy steel grades
Applications
- Refinery and petrochemical process piping
- Boiler and heat-exchanger service
- Wellhead and flowline piping
- Hydraulic and mechanical applications
Used in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Process and Industrial Manufacturing.
