Industrial X-ray films classified by film system for weld and component inspection.
ProductISO 11699-1ASTM E1815ISO 17636-1

Overview
Radiographic films record the image formed by X-ray or gamma radiation passing through the part. Films are classified into film system classes by grain and contrast — finer classes for critical welds and thin sections, faster classes where exposure time matters — and supplied in sheets, rolls or pre-packed with lead screens.
Key characteristics
- Film system classes to ISO 11699-1 and ASTM E1815
- For X-ray and gamma-ray exposures
- Sheets, rolls and pre-packed formats
- Fine-grain options for critical inspection
Applications
- Pipeline weld radiography
- Pressure vessel and boiler inspection
- Castings and fabricated components
