Heat Shrink Sleeves
Cross-linked polyolefin sleeves that shrink over the girth weld to form a sealed, bonded joint coating.
ProductISO 21809-3DIN 30672-1

Overview
Heat shrink sleeves combine a cross-linked polyolefin backing with a mastic or hot-melt adhesive. When heated, the sleeve shrinks onto the joint while the adhesive flows and bonds to the steel and the adjacent line coating. Three-layer systems with an epoxy primer are used where the joint must match 3LPE or 3LPP performance.
